Startware Global was created by a team of experienced executives who identified the market opportunity for Start-up companies to utilise our extensive in-house expertise and partner network to assist with the development and management of their business strategies, and to rapidly expand sales.
Our founders are all seasoned executives, each with over 20 years of managing software-based businesses on a global scale. This experience spans the full product life-cycle from development, marketing, sales, logistics and support.

Chris’ vision in starting Startware Global was to link a network of executives who knew how to build businesses successfully.
Having spent the past 10 years of his career traveling the world helping establish and grow B2B multinationals, Chris knew there was an opportunity to help Start-Ups.
The greatest barrier to success for any new company looking to grow outside of their native country is where to start and who to talk to.
Having held positions as Chairperson, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President in Sales & Commercial, Chris is now leveraging his 30 years experience and knowledge to connect people and businesses globally.
John is an experienced business executive who has held senior executive roles for over 30 years.
He has managed multi-national organisations in Australia, global sales and business development teams and negotiated major projects in many countries around the world.
John’s previous roles include Executive General Manager for a global multi-national, Chief Executive for a global software company, as well as more recently Executive Business Advisor for a number of Australian and International companies.
Eric has over 30 years’ experience with software product management. A large part of this was 16 years working with at a global software company developing growth initiatives such as windows version launch, establishing global channels, taking the company public, evolving into a multi-product business and eventual acquisition.
Eric then moved to the US to use his experience to take a bespoke software solution and productise it for a successful launch in the US market and globally.
More recently Eric, as CTO has developed software platforms for a number of SaaS companies.
